Doctors Research Group, Inc. (“DRG”) respects and understands the importance of privacy and security for our online customers. Any information collected is used only by DRG to contact consumers for marketing and operational purposes. Persons who supply DRG with their telephone numbers or e-mail addresses on-line may receive telephone or e-mail contact from DRG with information regarding products and services or upcoming events. DRG will not release, sell, rent or trade the personal information of any of our customers to any third party.

Ombudsman
Direct, confidential access to the Corporate Ombudsman is available either by postal mail, electronic email, or through a toll-free telephone number and provides an effective means for asking questions, making suggestions, registering complaints and reporting suspected wrong doings.  The Corporate Ombudsman investigates any issues that may arise; and seeks to resolve problems. The Corporate Ombudsman has direct, confidential access to the non-employee members of the Board of Directors, and is free to discuss with them any problems which are considered material enough to warrant such Board involvement. The Corporate Ombudsman is not an advocate for any particular individual, but rather serves as a neutral party to assist in the process of examining and addressing issues as they are raised; and does so in a confidential and professional manner.
